Pedestrian & bicycle route on Aquatic Drive

Council has successfully obtained funding through the Federal Stimulus - School Infrastructure Program to develop a safer pedestrian and bicycle route along Fitzpatrick Avenue East and Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest. 

The new connection will extend the shared path network within Frenchs Forest providing wider paths, safer crossings and greater accessibility for our community to walk and ride a bicycle. The proposal includes a 2.5m wide concrete path on the southern side of Aquatic Drive and Fitzpatrick Avenue East (from Allambie Road to Wakehurst Parkway
