The administration of non-prescribed medications can be requested during the school day.
This may be required for the following reasons:-
- Antihistamine for an allergic reaction
- Topical cream/ointment for a rash/dry lips.
- Panadol for ongoing pain management

This form will be reviewed by the principal and you will receive an email advising of the outcome.
Supply of medication
Medication must be supplied in the original packaging.
The medication must be delivered to the school by a responsible adult in a secure manner.
